480grams of fresh cantaloupe
1/4cup @dannonyogurt Light & Fit Vanilla greek yogurt
About 1/2tbsp of diced/grated fresh ginger
Juice from half a lemon
1/4tsp to 1/2tsp of ground cinnamon to taste
2 cut up fresh mint leaves
Directions: Cut cantaloupe into smaller pieces and place in a food processor with all remaining ingredients. Process until smooth and then refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld better. Top with some more greek yogurt & honey!
