Low carb Blueberry French toast stuffed with a Vanilla Protein Cream. 310cal/25carb/5fat/41pro

Ingredients French Toast:

2 slices of low carb bread (I use Mähler’s Flax & Soy that I buy at @freshandeasy)

2 egg whites

1oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/2tsp cinnamon

1/2tsp pure vanilla extract

Topping:

50grams of fresh blueberries

75grams of @dannonyogurt Light & Fit fat free Vanilla greek yogurt

10grams of @plantfusion vanilla protein powder

1/2oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

(Optional: packet of stevia)

 

Mix egg whites with 1oz of almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla and soak bread in mixture. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Stir the protein powder into the yogurt with a 1/2oz of almond milk. Cut up French toast and top with Blueberries & Cream.
