Yogurt dipped Strawberries rolled in toasted Cinnamon & Vanilla Oats

Yogurt dipped Strawberries rolled in toasted Cinnamon & Vanilla Oats

Ingredients:

Pint of fresh strawberries

150grams Vanilla greek yogurt

1/2cup of uncooked rolled oats

1tsp cinnamon

1tsp pure vanilla extract

1tsp water

cooking spray

 

Wash & dry strawberries. Warm a small frying pan over medium-high heat. Mix cinnamon, vanilla & water together in a small bowl and set aside. Once pan is hot, spray with cooking spray and add the dry oats. Spray the top of oats with a little more spray. Cook for about 2 minutes stirring frequently and then pour the cinnamon mixture over top of the oats. Cook for about another 2 minutes or until crispy. Allow oats to cool on a plate and then dip strawberries in greek yogurt and roll in oats.
