White Chocolate dipped strawberries with a cream cheese filling!


White Chocolate dipped Strawberries stuffed with a creamy Cheesecake filling & topped with a blueberry!

1 Pint of strawberries
Handful of blueberries
8oz regular or reduced fat cream cheese – softened
1/2cup of sweetener of choice (powdered sugar, baking stevia, splenda, etc)
White chocolate melting wafers
Optional: Sprinkles

Wash, dry and hull strawberries. Slice a small portion off of the narrow tip so that they will stand up on their own. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave according to package instructions. Dip each strawberry about half way and place on a piece of parchment paper (you could also dip into sprinkles at this point). Place in the refrigerator to set. Next mix the cream cheese & sweetener together in small bowl until well combined. Place in either a pastry bag or zip loc bag with the corner cut off and pipe filling into strawberries once the chocolate has set. Top with a blueberry either on a pick or just set into the filling.

27 grams of oat flour

1 scoop of Vanilla Plant Fusion protein powder

4oz unsweetened vanilla Almond milk

1 egg white

1/2tsp baking powder

1/2tsp cinnamon

1/2tsp pure vanilla extract

1packet of stevia

75grams strawberries 3

0grams blueberries

75grams of vanilla greek yogurt


(Note: liquid amount may differ with different protein powders) Preheat waffle iron. Mix flour, protein powder, stevia, baking powder & spices until combined. In another bowl lightly beat egg, vanilla & milk. Add the wet ingredients into the bowl with dry ingredients and mix until combined. Cook a 1/3 cup of batter in the center of the waffle iron (makes a total of 3). Top with vanilla greek yogurt & cut up strawberries/blueberries.

Red, White & Blue gluten free White Chocolate dipped Peanut Butter Truffles!



1 can of chickpeas(15oz) rinsed

85grams honey

125grams nut butter of choice

1tsp vanilla extract

1/8tsp cinnamon

White chocolate melting wafers

Optional: sprinkles/white frosting


Place chickpeas, nut butter, honey, vanilla & cinnamon in a food processor and blend until smooth. Remove to a bowl and place in the freezer for 45 minutes to harden. Remove from freezer and roll into large balls and place on parchment paper. Return to freezer again to harden for another 15-20 minutes as it will make dipping these in chocolate a lot easier. Melt chocolate wafers per package instructions and then using a toothpick and/or fork completely dip each ball into the chocolate. Shake off any extra chocolate and place on parchment paper and then back into the refrigerator for the chocolate to set. Optional prior to serving: top with a little white frosting and dip into sprinkles!
