1 Green apple
1 container of fat free vanilla greek yogurt
1tbsp store bought caramel apple dip
Chopped Nut of choice
Cut the top off of the apple and then core it out using a melon baller. Dip the rim into caramel and then into the chopped nuts. Fill with fat free vanilla greek yogurt.

1/2 (86grams) Granny Smith Apple
4tbsp (56grams) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt – divided
3grams of nut topping
Drizzle of Walden Farms Caramel Sauce
Spread 2tbsp of yogurt on each rice cake, top with apple slices and then drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with nuts. Super simple & tasty!

I rolled a green apple in caramel and then nuts, sliced it up & layered it between pancakes. I topped everything with some more apple that had been sautéed in caramel and cinnamon!
