Fun little breakfast that I made for Dylan! I used a little black food coloring on the frosted mini wheats for faces and then added some blue food coloring to the yogurt!

Caramel Apple Yogurt Bowl for my little guy!

1 Green apple
1 container of fat free vanilla greek yogurt
1tbsp store bought caramel apple dip
Chopped Nut of choice

Cut the top off of the apple and then core it out using a melon baller. Dip the rim into caramel and then into the chopped nuts. Fill with fat free vanilla greek yogurt.

Say hello to the newest addition to my cookie cutters collection! How ADORABLE are these? I am in full ramp up mode for Dylan’s school lunches when he starts in 1.5 weeks and I came across these on Amazon. Graham Cracker & Peanut Butter Banana Bites! Quick & simple little ‘finger food’ breakfast for my little guy this morning!

1/4cup of graham cracker crumbs
2tbsp peanut butter
1tsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2oz milk chocolate Candiquik(@candiquik)
6 thick banana slices

Mix together graham cracker crumbs with peanut butter. Add almond milk slowly until dough is sticky enough to roll into balls. Roll into desired size balls and place on wax paper. Pop in the freezer while you melt the chocolate. Place the chocolate in an unsealed zip lock bag and microwave 20-30 seconds or until melted. Snip off the corner of bag and drizzle over balls, place them back in the freezer for the chocolate to set. Slice the banana and top with graham cracker balls!

2 Caramel Quaker Rice Cakes

1/2 (86grams) Granny Smith Apple

4tbsp (56grams) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt – divided

3grams of nut topping

Drizzle of Walden Farms Caramel Sauce

Spread 2tbsp of yogurt on each rice cake, top with apple slices and then drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with nuts. Super simple & tasty!
